Atlas Of The Viruses

3DLP supplied the 360-degree projection system for “Atlas of the Viruses,” MSD Romania’s immersive exhibition at Art Safari from 20 October to 13 November 2022. Eight viruses—including SARS-CoV-2, Ebola, HIV, HPV, measles and monkeypox—expanded from microscopic structures into room-scale animated portraits flowing across the walls and ceiling. Developed by Circles Colab with sculptural interpretations by Costin Ioniță and Les Ateliers Nomad, the installation surrounded visitors with an accurate, visually compelling journey through a normally invisible biological universe.
