AUDIO VISUAL SERVICES SRL announces the start of implementation of the project “Procurement project for sustainable technological modernisation and innovation at AUDIO VISUAL SERVICES SRL”, SMIS code 340551, at the implementation site in the town of Voluntari, Ilfov County, Strada Craiovei nr. 57.

The general objective of the project is to increase the competitiveness of AUDIO VISUAL SERVICES SRL and develop the company sustainably by modernising and innovating the services it offers, using high-performance technologies that are efficient in their use of resources, adapting its infrastructure for accessibility for persons with disabilities and expanding its presence on the international market.

Through this investment, the project will contribute to the development of an innovative, sustainable and inclusive economic activity in the Bucharest–Ilfov region. Under the project, three items of equipment and three fittings needed to modernise the company’s activity will be purchased. One of the main expected results is the introduction of a new artistic video projection and video mapping service using RGB laser technology. At the same time, the service delivery process will be innovated by implementing new, high-performance projection technologies, which will allow the company to diversify and improve the quality of the services it provides.

The project also integrates measures for environmental protection and the efficient use of resources. To this end, a low-energy lighting system will be installed and two RGB laser projectors with at least 35% reusable components will be purchased. The resulting waste electrical and electronic equipment will be handed over to collection centres organised by authorised economic operators, under a contract for collection and recycling services. The project also promotes equal opportunities, gender equality, non-discrimination and accessibility for persons with disabilities. To make the infrastructure easier to access and use for persons with motor, visual or hearing disabilities, three specific fittings will be provided: a Braille keyboard, Braille signs and a support bar.

Another important focus of the project is the internationalisation of the activity of AUDIO VISUAL SERVICES SRL. The company will take part as an exhibitor in two international trade fairs, one held in Bulgaria and one in Hungary. These activities aim to promote the services offered, develop new business relationships, access foreign markets and conclude at least one service contract.

The total value of the project is RON 1,341,486.49, of which the co-financing provided by the European Union amounts to RON 395,277.10. The project is being implemented from 22 September 2026 to 21 September 2027.
